Power Apps AI Architect

Job Description: 
Key Responsibilities:
-"Architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions" integrating Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and external systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow).
-Design and build "approval management agents" that check for pending approvals, notify users, and enable in-line action through Teams or Outlook.
-Guide the design and deployment of "Power Virtual Agents" and "Copilot experiences" to improve user interaction with enterprise workflows.
-Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical design, and deliver POCs and scalable solutions.
-Ensure "governance, security, and reusability" in all Power Platform assets.

Required Qualifications:
-Deep expertise in "Microsoft Copilot/Power Platform" (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse)
-Experience in "Copilot Studio" and prompt orchestration
-Proficiency in "adaptive cards, JSON", and Teams integration
-Strong understanding of "Copilot and AI Builder" capabilities within Power Platform
-Experience with "Microsoft 365 ecosystem", especially Teams and Outlook workflows
-Familiarity with "security models", environments, and data policies in Power Platform
-Background in "business process automation, RPA", or chatbot frameworks
-Experience in building "agent workflows" for productivity or operations
-Understanding of "DevOps for Power Platform" (ALM, GitHub Actions, etc.)
