PostgreSQL DBA Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a PostgreSQL DBA Architect with 15+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing high-performance database solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in database architecture, performance tuning, migrations, security, and cloud integration.

Must-Have Skills:
15+ years of experience in PostgreSQL architecture & administration
Expertise in database design, indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning
Strong knowledge of high availability (HA) & disaster recovery (DR) strategies
Hands-on experience in database migration from Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server to PostgreSQL
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (RDS, Aurora, or self-managed instances)
Security implementation (encryption, RBAC, auditing, compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with monitoring tools like pgAdmin, Nagios, or Prometheus
Automation & scripting skills (Python, Shell, Ansible, Terraform)
Hands-on experience in Kubernetes and containerized database deployments
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for database management
