Must-Have Skills:
15+ years of experience in PostgreSQL database architecture & administration
Expertise in database design, performance tuning, HA/DR strategies
Migration experience (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server → PostgreSQL)
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP – RDS, Aurora)
Strong security & compliance knowledge (RBAC, encryption, GDPR, HIPAA)

Good to Have:
Automation & scripting (Ansible, Terraform, Shell, Python)
Experience with monitoring tools (pgAdmin, Nagios, Prometheus)
