Job Description:
-Database platforms Postgres SQL.
-Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical database systems, ensuring their availability and consistent performance. Strong technical expertise.
-Database design, implementation, and maintenance.
-Database monitoring and management tools
-Understanding of Database security best practices.
-Performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing
-Backup and recovery processes and tools
-Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
-Familiarity with cloud-based database services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database, Google Cloud SQL) is a plus
-Certification in database administration (e.g., Oracle DBA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) is a plus
