• Operations type role
• Team is resp for inventory level for stores and DCs (distribution centers)
• Team works with vendors who provide the inventory
• Making sure vendors are hitting SLAs
• Analyze data coming from vendors
• Team is a governing body overseeing the work that vendors have SOWs for at the DCs and stores
• Service Now experience is a plus; training provided
• Monitor equipment level for new stores
• Font facing with internal teams such as store operations teams; manage escalations and ticket trends the store ops team is seeing and bringing to the team
• Good communication skills; verbal and written
• Attention to details and sense of urgency
• 5-8 years experience with a combination of operations and analytics (basic to moderate excel exp; pivot tables) and customer service
• Assists with PO creation and invoice processing; governing body to make sure vendors are paying; tracking outstanding balances
• Looking at PO reports and follow up with vendor
• Types of equipment inventory levels: point of sale, scanning equipment, digital displays, ring scanners, servers in back office, LP camera equipment, etc.
• What profile would catch his eye? Familiar with retail space and importance of store being fully functional; analyzing spreadsheets, help desk experience/ customer service
• Retail experience is a plus
• Vendor management experience: they will basically be managing a vendor
• Technical skills: excel, not creating reports; user of the reports
• Ticket tracking system exp is a plus
