PM/Scrum Master

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and articulate PM/Scrum Master to join our team. This role is crucial for managing predictive waterfall program management and functioning as an Agile Delivery Manager or Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both program management and agile methodologies, with the ability to handle multi-system integration and work effectively with various stakeholders. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are managed efficiently and effectively, covering both the scrum master responsibilities and predictive waterfall methodologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Scrum Management: Run Scrum sessions and manage (Azure DevOps) ADO
• Program Management: Handle predictive waterfall program management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Project Tools: Utilize Microsoft Project or Planner for project management tasks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Documentation: Document project progress and status reports accurately.
• Integration: Manage multi-system integration, particularly with Salesforce and Banner.
• Communication: Maintain clear and articulate verbal and written communication with team members and stakeholders.

Top Requirements:

1. Predictive Waterfall Program Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects using predictive waterfall methodologies.
2. Scrum Master Experience: Ability to function as an Agile Delivery Manager or Scrum Master, managing agile teams and processes.
3. Multi-System Integration: Experience with multi-system integration, preferably with Salesforce.
4. Must have experience with using ADO (Azure DevOps) tool.
5. Preferred experience in higher education, healthcare, insurance, or financial services industries but not required.
