  • Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control.
     
  • Assist in planning, scheduling and organizing project activities.
     
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to your superior.
     
  • Facilitate communication among project team members.
     
  • Coordinate resources, logistics, and procurement related to project execution.
     
  • Review project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
     
  • Identify risks and assist in resolving issues to ensure timely project delivery.
     


 

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Project Coordination, Administration, or a similar role.
     
  • Good knowledge and experience in Scrum and Agile.
     
  • Proficient in project management tools.
     
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
     
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
     
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
     
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is an added advantage.
     
  • Willing to onsite working contract based.
