Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PMO Analyst to join our team. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing deliverables and milestones, tracking changes in project plans, and supporting project teams in adhering to Agile methodologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of change requests, providing status reports, and utilizing tools such as ADO (Azure DevOps) and Power BI for project management and reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and expectations.
- Manage project deliverables and milestones, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals.
- Track changes in project plans, assess impacts, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize Agile methodology to support project teams in iterative development and continuous improvement processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ADO (Azure DevOps) and Power BI to effectively manage project tasks, track progress, and generate insightful reports.
- Facilitate the lifecycle of change requests, including submission, review, approval, and implementation, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management or PMO roles, with a focus on managing deliverables, milestones, and project plans.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as ADO (Azure DevOps) and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in managing the lifecycle of change requests and ensuring adherence to change management processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power Point, for creating presentations and reports.
