Key Responsibilities:
·                    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into PLM system configurations and customizations.
Lead system integration initiatives between PLM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and user manuals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLM systems.
Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning.
Provide end-user support and training on PLM functionalities and best practices.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
Stay updated with the latest PLM technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Qualifications and Skills:
·                    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of Proven experience in implementing and managing PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Oracle Agile, Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA).
Strong understanding of product data management (PDM) and product lifecycle processes.
2+ year of Hands-on experience with PLM system configuration, customization, and scripting.
Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware) and experience with ERP systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
·                    Worked with Siemens Teamcenter, and any certification.
Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud-based PLM solutions
