Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in Siemens PLM Teamcenter to lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical experience in Teamcenter deployment, coupled with functional knowledge of PLM processes, and a proven track record of managing complex enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation across cross-functional teams
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure alignment with PLM best practices, data governance, and process standardization
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Drive continuous improvement and post-deployment optimization of PLM workflows

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in PLM environments
  • Hands-on experience managing Siemens Teamcenter implementations
  • Strong understanding of PLM functional processes including BOM management, change control, and document workflows
  • Familiarity with CAD/ERP integration within PLM ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
