We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in Siemens PLM Teamcenter to lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical experience in Teamcenter deployment, coupled with functional knowledge of PLM processes, and a proven track record of managing complex enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation across cross-functional teams
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Oversee project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Ensure alignment with PLM best practices, data governance, and process standardization
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration
- Drive continuous improvement and post-deployment optimization of PLM workflows
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in PLM environments
- Hands-on experience managing Siemens Teamcenter implementations
- Strong understanding of PLM functional processes including BOM management, change control, and document workflows
- Familiarity with CAD/ERP integration within PLM ecosystems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
