Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage the architecture for Dynamics 365 systems.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation, leveraging strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, configuration, integration, coding, and design patterns.
  • Engage with stakeholders during the requirements gathering phase.
  • Conduct design reviews for D365 solutions, including integration aspects.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Identify and assess potential project risks and issues.
  • Support the overall technical solution and communicate it to project delivery teams.
  • Develop optimal technical solutions tailored to the customer's environment, needs, and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with the bank’s standards during architectural reviews.

Skills:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Experience & Service Modules: Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center)
  • Proficiency in PowerApps (Model-Driven, Canvas, & Custom Pages)
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with programming languages and technologies: JavaScript, C#, HTML5, CSS, JSON

Education

Any Graduate
