Configure PlanView to satisfy Transformation Office leadership’s requirements, and to create and maintain dashboards.
Primarily a tech-savvy resource, but someone who has good exposure to working with PMOs and working in Program Management (Portfolio Management).
The person will interact with the lead of the TO and 2 TO leads who work for him.
It requires ability to elicit/understand their needs quickly and configure the tool for them and other key stakeholders to use.
It’s more of a hands-on-tool resource than a seasoned Program Manager. But the latter would certainly help as well. Primary skill is extensive experience with PlanView.
Resource would also help with management of change (i.e training).
