PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities:
*  Consolidate multiple PHP projects into a cohesive codebase.
*  Implement frameworks (moving towards Symfony) and clean up existing code.
*  Introduce and implement unit testing.
*  Refactor T-SQL in SQL Server.
*  Collaborate with a team of PHP developers and a contract architect.
*  Work independently to create and modify code based on project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
*  Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development.
*  Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks, particularly Symfony.
*  Experience with front-end technologies, especially React.
*  Proficiency in unit testing and code refactoring.
*  Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
*  Ability to work in a scrum environment and collaborate with the development team.
*  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*  Ability to work independently and deliver concise, high-quality code.

Soft Skills:
*  Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly.
*  Ability to work independently and take initiative.
*  Concise and to-the-point communication style.
*  Comfortable working in a scrum environment and participating in occasional demos.
Preferred Qualifications:
*  Experience transitioning from monolithic applications to frameworks.
*  Familiarity with other PHP frameworks and modern development practices.
