Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the upgrade and troubleshooting of the Power Platform CoE toolkit
  • Leverage Co-Pilot Studio to improve and automate development workflows
  • Design, create, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business intelligence efforts
  • Develop and support Canvas apps within the Power Platform to meet evolving organizational needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution implementation and usage
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to internal teams on Power Platform tools and best practices
  • Document technical processes and workflows for consistency and operational efficiency

Job Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Power BI: Strong background in developing dashboards and reports with a focus on visualization and analytics
  • In-depth experience with Power Platform CoE toolkit: Proven success in managing upgrades and resolving technical issues
  • Hands-on experience with Co-Pilot Studio for solution development and automation
  • Proficient in Power Platform Canvas app development, with attention to usability and functionality
  • Familiarity with Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory and analytics capabilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze logs, and provide efficient resolutions
  • Strong documentation skills to support structured and repeatable processes

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Power Platform components
  • 8 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software applications
  • 5 years of experience in data visualization and modeling using Power BI
  • 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure Services, especially Azure Active Directory
  • 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service is highly desired
