Performance Testing Engineer

Mandatory Skills:
4+ years of experience in Performance Testing/QA
2+ years of experience with k6
Strong expertise in performance, load, and scalability testing

Key Responsibilities:
Identify & resolve system bottlenecks through performance testing
Conduct front-end & back-end performance testing of SaaS platforms
Utilize JMeter, Cypress, and k6 for testing
Perform API testing using REST/GraphQL frameworks
Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) & database performance optimization (NoSQL, MongoDB)
Use New Relic, Grafana, and DataDog for application performance monitoring
Implement GitHub Actions pipelines for automation
Troubleshoot performance issues & mentor junior engineers

Required Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript-based testing tools (JMeter, Cypress, k6 preferred)
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and GitHub Actions pipelines
Familiarity with APM tools (New Relic, Grafana, DataDog)
Strong understanding of cloud services & NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
