Description

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or testing roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, k6, or similar. • Solid understanding of system architecture, HTTP protocols, databases, and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS preferred).
• Experience integrating performance tests in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret performance data effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have:
• Experience in financial services or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with observability platforms like Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell)."
