Responsibilities:

Design and implement performance testing strategies, including load, stress, and endurance testing
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and Load Runner
Execute performance tests, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks and root causes of performance issues
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise
Oversee the deployment of applications and monitor their performance to ensure high availability and reliability
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in performance testing

Required Skills :

Proficiency in JMeter and Load Runner
Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, standards, and best practices
Experience in developing and maintaining performance test scripts
Experience in executing performance tests and analyzing results
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in mentoring junior developers
Experience in overseeing the deployment of applications and monitoring their performance
