Define and implement robust performance testing and engineering frameworks tailored to
banking applications.
• Hands on Experience / could Lead a team of performance testers and engineers,
providing mentorship and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align performance goals with business objectives and
regulatory compliance.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using tools like JMeter,
LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Analyze performance requirements, create test plans, and identify bottlenecks, scalability
issues, and system limitations
