Need 8+ years of experience

  1. Proven experience in performance testing, with a focus on cloud-native applications.
  2. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes).
  3. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or similar.
  4. Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus).
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance testing into the development lifecycle is a plus.
