Must-Have Skills
Strong knowledge of Performance, Load, and Stress Testing
Hands-on experience in JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad
Expertise in non-functional test planning, scripting, execution, and analysis
Root cause analysis of performance bottlenecks
Ability to design test strategies aligned with system architecture and SLAs
Working knowledge of APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, etc.)
