Your Role:
• Work with senior management to design marketing strategies
• Preparing elaborate and detailed marketing plans
• Execute the marketing plans across Digital, Social and Content
• Take complete ownership of Ad budget and spends
• Managing Google and LinkedIn Ad accounts with specialization in Search Ads and Lead Gen
• Optimize campaigns and Ads regularly to improve performance
• Ensure accurate tracking of key metrics including free trial registration, successful onboarding, etc.
across Google Analytics, Hubspot and internal dashboards
• Prepare reports for senior management on campaign performance and user flows across App and
Web
• Manage Social Media platforms
• Work with the editorial team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
• Implement SEO best practices and off-page SEO best practices

What skill and experience are we looking for?
We are looking for a performance marketing specialist with the following skills and experience:

• 2 – 5+ years of experience as in digital marketing
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
• Proven SEM experience in handling PPC campaigns across search engines
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Hands on experience on handling social media accounts
• Experience with Hubspot Sales Professional and email marketing is a plus
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Should have a proven academic record and academic details should be mentioned in the resume
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development though not necessary is a plus
• Video creation / editing skills is a plus
