Performance Engineer

"""• Define, design, and implement performance testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA team members to understand performance requirements and use cases.
• Identify key performance indicators and create baseline measurements for applications.
• Execute performance testing (load, stress, soak, spike) using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner and Dynatrace.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD workflows to ensure early detection of performance regressions.
• Analyze results, provide insights, and work with developers to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring and historical trend analysis.
• Support squads with performance-related questions and act as an advisor for planning test scenarios and analyzing results.
• Provide training and mentorship to QA team members on performance testing concepts and toolsets.
