Detailed job description - Skill Set:We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Consultant with over 8 years of techno-functional expertise in PeopleSoft applications, specifically within the Campus Solutions and Higher Education domains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of PeopleSoft, particularly in the upgrade, customization, and support of Campus Solutions modules. He/She will be responsible for providing leadership in the design, development, and optimization of PeopleSoft solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of higher education institutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the implementation, upgrade, and support of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules for higher education institutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions within PeopleSoft.
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications using various PeopleTools technologies.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical and functional issues related to PeopleSoft systems.
- Provide technical leadership in the areas of customization, integration, and optimization of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
- Ensure that PeopleSoft applications comply with higher education standards and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure effective use of PeopleSoft systems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration between PeopleSoft and other enterprise applications.
- Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft releases, patches, and updates, and apply them as necessary.
