PeopleSoft Project Manager

Only need PeopleSoft Project Manager profiles not functional consultant profiles

• Manage multiple projects 
• Currently I have two projects that are at the end of life ; Bank Change & Open Enrollment are almost complete and should be finished in the next month.
• I have 3 projects that are ramping up;
• PeopleSoft DR to Oracle OCI- Harris is moving their DR to Oracle Cloud
• Est Feb - May
• GASB101 – reporting required by GASB for the Auditor
• Est Jan - May
• HCM PUM Upgrade (implementing image 42-51 & PT8.62),
• Est Jan – Sept
• Another Potential Project that is waiting on some decisions before we can start is Procurement Punch-out (Could be RFP or internal punch out)

Normal daily task:

• Complete Project Document and tasks
• Complete project documentation (Charter, Project Plan, communications, kick off presentations, status reports and etc…)
• Manage projects
• Document issues, work through resolutions,
• Schedule project meetings, review project tasks, issues, risks and etc…
• Meet with Stakeholders and review project status, issues & risks
• Engage with project team as needed
• Facilitate & Oversee User testing, pull scenario workbooks, compile metrics, document defects, Facilitate user meetings
• Create and review Go live task list with Project team
• Manage Cherry Road Team as needed
• Monthly: Review Timesheets, pull together reports and submit to Harris for approval.
