Description

  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration or associated area is required.
  • Must have 5 or more years of experience managing direct reports that support Peoplesoft HR and/ord Payroll related applications.
  • Understanding of integration with other dependent systems.
  • Must have proven record to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Must have a good record of being a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to accept customer needs to reprioritize projects or tasks.
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
  • Strong background in SQL and reporting tools
