Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on PeopleSoft Financials modules relevant to Treasury operations (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management).
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from Treasury stakeholders, and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure PeopleSoft applications to meet operational needs and compliance requirements.
- Develop and test customizations, reports, and interfaces using PeopleTools, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
- Provide system integration support with Treasury's financial systems and external applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in production environments.
- Develop system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Support upgrades, patches, and Treasury-related projects, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and audit support activities.
- Collaborate with Treasury business users, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a PeopleSoft Functional/Technical Consultant, preferably in Financials modules.
- Strong technical skills in PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and SQL.
- Experience in configuring and supporting Treasury or finance-related PeopleSoft modules (GL, AP, AR, CM).
- Ability to work in both functional and technical capacities, bridging business and IT requirements.
- Knowledge of state government or public sector financial operations preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
