Mandatory Skills:
8+ years as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
Specialized experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations
Strong background in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and system integration testing
Experience working with Microsoft O365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Teams
Public sector experience (Federal, State, Local Government) — 4+ years
Experience with Texas CPA CAPPS Financials, PeopleSoft AWE, and tools like SharePoint, Jira, Scrum, STAT is a plus
