Key Responsibilities:
Fluid Development: Design, develop, and deploy responsive and user-friendly Fluid pages, components, and tiles within the PeopleSoft environment.
Technical Development: Perform complex technical tasks in PeopleSoft, including Application Engine, BIP Report, Approval Workflow, Webservices, Customizations, CR, CCR, Inbound and Outbound Processes, Debugging, Impact Analysis, Fit-Gap Analysis, Retrofit objects, Application Package Coding, Peoplesoft Security, SQL, Shell Script, PL SQL, People Code, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, SQR, and PS Query.
System Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to manage and troubleshoot integrations using PeopleSoft Integration Broker and web services.
User Experience: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design intuitive, mobile-compatible UI solutions in Fluid.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues in the PeopleSoft application, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for PeopleSoft applications, resolving any Fluid or technical issues in collaboration with functional teams.
Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain detailed documentation for all developments, including code comments and technical specifications, while ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
Experience in the Peoplesoft People Tools Upgrade Project.
Experience in Peoplesoft People Tools End-to-End Implementation Project.
Experience in the Peoplesoft Fluid implementation project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development, with a focus on Fluid UI.
Proficiency in PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Fluid UI principles and best practices.
Experience with technical components like Component Interfaces, Workflow, SQR, and BI Publisher.
Knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP) and experience with third-party integrations is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
