Responsibilities:
1. Handling HRHD Cases
a. Reverse terminations
b. Updating the term dates
c. Correcting the enrollments and many other transactions.
2. Manage annual enrollment activities.
3. Configuring Benefits Rates and Coverages
4. Configuring Eligibility and Event rules
5. Work on Ad-hoc requests such as new acquisitions, fixing out of sequence events etc.
6. Collaborate with HR team to fix any data issue identified during benefits processing
7. Testing new changes including configuration/enhancements/bug fixes etc.
Skills:
Desired skill for this role
· Must be knowledgeable in Peoplesoft Benefits Administration, Base Benefits, and eBenefits.
· Should understand Peoplesoft Core HR module.
· Basic knowledge of Peoplesoft North America payroll, including deduction codes and accumulators, is required.
· Must be able to prepare, update, and understand functional specification documents.
