Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide our agile Pega project teams within the healthcare domain
  • This role is responsible for facilitating agile processes removing impediments and ensuring the team delivers high quality outcomes 
  • Responsibilities Act as a servant leader facilitating agile ceremonies standups sprint planning retrospectives Guide and coach Pega development teams in best agile practices
  • Coordinate with product owners to ensure project objectives are met Track and report on team performance and project progress 
  • Qualifications 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master with at least 2 years on Pega projects In depth knowledge of healthcare domain requirements and compliance
  • Certified Scrum Master CSM preferred
