Pega QA Lead

Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned QA Automation Lead with a strong background in Pega technology and a proven track record in test automation The ideal candidate should have experience in quality assurance with recent leadership experience in automation testing preferably in the healthcare domain Relevant certifications and hands on experience with automation tools are mandatory  Key Responsibilities Lead QA automation efforts for Pega based applications ensuring robust and scalable test strategies Collaborate with product owners developers and business stakeholders to define quality goals and testing requirements Design develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for functional regression and performance testing Mentor and guide QA team members in automation practices test planning and execution Drive continuous improvement in test coverage automation frameworks and quality processes Identify and manage test data requirements test environments and defect triaging Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards especially within the healthcare domain Communicate testing progress results and risks to leadership and project teams Required Skills  Qualifications experience in Quality Assurance with  lead role Strong expertise in Pega technology and working knowledge of Pega test strategies and tools Mandatory experience in automation testing with tools like Selenium UFT TestNG Cucumber or similar Proficiency in scripting languages Java Python or similar for test automation Experience in CI CD integration and version control systems eg Jenkins Git Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills Relevant QA Automation certifications e g ISTQB Certified Pega Business Architect or CSA preferred Experience in the healthcare domain is a significant advantage Preferred Qualifications Hands on experience with PegaUnit or other Pega specific testing tools Exposure to performance testing tools eg JMeter LoadRunner Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
