- As a Lead System Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients' business requirements.
- You will be working closely with our customers, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that our software solutions are designed and implemented to the highest standards.
- Provide thought leadership around the design and implementation of complex solutions that meet our clients' business requirements.
- Consult with clients at the highest level to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Spearhead and drive scope definition, requirements investigating, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment
- Work closely with project teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels, including business and technical audiences.
- Ensure that solutions are designed and implemented in accordance with industry best practices and standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of PEGA applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into PEGA solution designs.
- Develop technical specifications, including data models, integration frameworks, and user interface designs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PEGA applications with existing enterprise systems.
- Stay up to date with PEGA platform advancements, industry trends, and best practices, and incorporate them into the solution design and implementation.
- Mentor and train junior PEGA developers and system architects.
- Act as a subject matter expert for PEGA platform-related queries and provide guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in PEGA implementations projects and experiences as a team lead.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is required.
- Demonstrated experience as a PEGA LSA, working on large-scale enterprise-level projects.
- Experience in PEGA CLM-KYC implementations with framework knowledge
- Good hands-on on low-code implementations.
- Hands-on in PEGA Constellation architecture & Digital Experience (DX) Apis.
- LSA certified and proven track record of spearheading successful projects in a technical lead role
- In-depth knowledge of PEGA platform technologies, including PEGA PRPC, PEGA Rules Process Commander, and PEGA frameworks.
- Strong understanding of PEGA application development methodologies, best practices, and architectural patterns.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex PEGA applications, including case management, data modeling, UI development, and integration with external systems.
- Experience with various PEGA tools, such as PEGA Decisioning, PEGA Marketing, PEGA Robotics, and PEGA Mobile.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and translate them into effective PEGA solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
