Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of Pega applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega developers and system architects.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Integrate Pega with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other protocols.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Pega applications.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA).
  • 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC, with at least 2 years as an LSA.
  • Strong understanding of Pega case management, decisioning, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Pega integrations (SOAP/REST services, connectors, etc.).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
