Pega Engagement lead

Job Description:

1. Overall 10+ experience and at least 3-years in leading Pega Delivery in Agile mode
2. Pega Badges on methodology and project delivery
3. Should have an idea of Guardrail compliance and other reviews within Pega
4. Experience in managing branched application development with distributed large development teams
5. Knowledge on Pega 8.x platform its latest features and its offerings
6. Effectively communicate to internal and external business partners
7. Deliver engagements to agreed product scope, timescales, roadmap and quality metrics
8. Conduct prioritisation workshops and feature build roadmap by organizing in to multiple MLP
9. Governance and control level of reuse, customisation and manage balance between business needs and product leverage
10. Manage all coordination with Pega product support
11. Should be able to identify risks and mitigations beforehand and well in-advance
