Pega Developer

We are seeking a skilled Pega UI Developer (Contractor) to design, develop, and implement a UI tool on top of the Pega Platform for managing and operating  cases. The contractor will be responsible for integrating required data sources and building multi-entity screens to enhance case investigation and management workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

•              Develop Pega  UI screens for managing and operating .

•              Integrate and collect data sources related to models, attack signals, policy details, outcomes, and API/AI transactions and events.

•              Design and develop multi-entity screens for searching, filtering, and viewing cases, their linked models, and related transactions.

•              Implement case investigation management functionalities, including resolutions, status updates, commenting, and assignment workflows.

•              Utilize existing detailed screen designs and leverage back-office data collection efforts to enhance the UI tool.

•              Conduct regular sync meetings and provide milestone demos to ensure progress alignment with project goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

•              Proven experience in Pega UI development with expertise in Pega UI.

•              Strong knowledge of Pega Platform architecture, case management, and workflow automation.

•              Hands-on experience in data integration and fetching context from back-office systems.

•              Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and front-end technologies.

•              Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and backend teams.

•              Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

•              Experience working in fraud detection, security, or case management applications.

•              Familiarity with API transactions, AI-driven event handling, and enterprise security protocols.
