  • 5+ years Pega v8+ development experience
  • Strong individual contributor
  • Self-starter, can manage their work with minimal hand-holding
  • Proven experience in Pega development, including Pega PRPC and Pega BPM.
  • Strong understanding of Pega rules, data model, and application architecture.
  • experience with Pega frameworks (e.g., Customer Service, Smart Dispute) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Java, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
