Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable BPM solutions using Pega PRPC (v7.x/v8.x).
  • Build flexible case tracking workflows to support both standard and exception scenarios.
  • Implement secure data handling, version control, and automated task management features.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to deliver MVP functionality in Agile sprints.
  • Ensure audit readiness through robust change tracking and reporting capabilities.
  • Support operational views and data extraction for external BI tools.
  • Develop role-based access controls and document management integrations (e.g., Documentum).
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.
  • Strong expertise in case management, flows, rules, activities, and data pages.
  • Experience with internal database design and SOR (System of Record) strategies.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and external storage integrations.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and MVP delivery models.
  • Pega certifications such as CSA, CSSA, or CLSA are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, especially wealth management workflows.
  • Exposure to BI tools and reporting frameworks.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with external system integration, even if not required for MVP.
