Key Skills: Pega BPM, PRPC, Agile, SDLC, Pega Guardrails, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Troubleshooting, Pega Certification.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega BPM applications.
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure efficient implementation of business solutions.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing and support system and integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of bugs or enhancement requests.
  • Follow Agile practices and participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Experience Requirement:

  • 4-8 years of experience in developing Pega applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and frameworks.
  • Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and best practices.
  • Experience in Agile methodology and working in a Scrum environment.
