Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable BPM solutions using Pega PRPC (v7.x/v8.x).
- Build flexible case tracking workflows to support both standard and exception scenarios.
- Implement secure data handling, version control, and automated task management features.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to deliver MVP functionality in Agile sprints.
- Ensure audit readiness through robust change tracking and reporting capabilities.
- Support operational views and data extraction for external BI tools.
- Develop role-based access controls and document management integrations (e.g., Documentum).
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.
- Strong expertise in case management, flows, rules, activities, and data pages.
- Experience with internal database design and SOR (System of Record) strategies.
- Familiarity with document management systems and external storage integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and MVP delivery models.
- Pega certifications such as CSA, CSSA, or CLSA preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services, especially wealth management workflows.
- Exposure to BI tools and reporting frameworks.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with external system integration, even if not required for MVP."
