- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PEGA Senior System Architect to join our team.
- As a Senior System Architect, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using PEGA platform technologies.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of PEGA applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to PEGA development standards and best practices.
- Design and implement complex PEGA applications, including case management, data modelling, user interface development, and integration with external systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
- Resolve technical issues and provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PEGA applications with existing enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in PEGA development and best practices.
- Stay up to date with PEGA platform advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of PEGA tools and frameworks, ensuring they align with project requirements and business objectives.
- Participate in system integration testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert for PEGA platform-related queries, providing guidance and support to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is required.
- Significant experience as a PEGA System Architect, working on large-scale enterprise-level projects.
- Deep understanding of PEGA platform technologies, including PEGA PRPC, PEGA Rules Process Commander, and PEGA frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex PEGA applications, including case management, data modelling, UI development, and integration.
- Proficiency in PEGA tools such as PEGA Decisioning, PEGA Marketing, PEGA Robotics, and PEGA Mobile.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective PEGA solutions.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and experience integrating PEGA applications with external systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
