What We're Looking For:

Certifications: CSA and CSSA (PDN ID certification is mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of Pega PRPC version 7 platform experience.
Certification Timeline: CSSA certified, with CSA certification completed at least 3 years ago.
Minimum 2 years Relevant Experience in CPDC.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, and system integration skills.
Proven track record in Pega implementation with a focus on BPM (Business Process Management).
Experience with various Pega features and rules such as Flows, Activities, User Interfaces, Flow Actions, Agents, SLAs, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, and SOAP services.
Comprehensive understanding of the full PRPC implementation cycle, including enterprise class structure and rule sets design.
Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative) and process methodology is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do:

Ensure adherence to application quality, coding, UI, and corporate standards.
Review alert logs, perform pre-flight checks, and run PAL to maintain system integrity.
Implement best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding.
Collaborate effectively with programmers, IT staff, and non-IT functional areas.
Utilize strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive project success.
