Pega Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the development of SDLC deliverables for technical architecture components including system administration manual, operations manual, operations manual solution architecture document, etc.
• Work with the team and client to document functional designs and work alongside the build team to capture design detail in the SDLC deliverables.
• Configure the system and support the build where necessary.
• Should be able to lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pega system software capabilities.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Pega or other BPM software & functional design using tools.
• Knowledge around DCO & requirement documentation.
• Adept in best practices on BPM development methodologies, process re-engineering, process modeling & Pega platform adoption.
• Expertise in packaging, migration and deployment of PRPC applications from one environment to another environment.
• Expertise in Designing and Developing the cross browser [IE, Chrome, Safari, Fire Fox] and cross platform [Desktop, Tablets and Mobile devices] compatible applications using Pega Mobility.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Understanding of Dev-ops.

Required Experience

• Experience in creating system flow diagrams.
• 2+ years of experience leading Pega Development team.
• Hands on Design/Development experience in Pega Case Management required.
• Experience with Full Life Cycle Implementation Methodologies.
• Strong Pega Systems Product and Implementation Experience.
• Experience in web design and development using HTML and Java is required.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
