10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+years of experience as LBA and delivered minimum 3+ Pega programs as LBA leading a team of SBAs
Certified Pega Business Architect (v 8.6 or later)
Hands-on with Pega App studio and Agile tools
Hands-on with business process documentation tools
Expertise in process modelling, requirement gathering and writing specifications
Know-how of Pega strategic applications like Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate etc
Excellent communication skills
Plan, conduct and manage the Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO)/Requirement gathering sessions meetings, and presentations
Business stakeholder management for scope
Define functional specification for requirements ensuring the alignment to Pega principles low-code no-code, situational layer cake
Engage with LSA/SSA during prepare phase to arrive at solution design maximizing the usage of Pega OOB capabilities
Define and directly capture end to end business case lifecycle, key processes using Pega blueprint and choose the right Pega feature, tool, rule to meet the requirements using Pega App Studio
Execute high quality deliverables across all phases (inception through user acceptance testing); this includes identifying and optimally defining process flows and user interface use cases
Communicate requirements/clarifications to the development team and ensure the development is align to functional specification and in turn requirements
Lead the defect triaging and user acceptance clarifications
Ensure end-to-end traceability of the developed application from requirements to functional specifications to design to developed product and test cases
