- Design overall solution, NBA strategies and decisioning logic.
- Implement arbitration, suppression, and other components.
- Lead decisioning design for overall solution and gain alignment with stake holders.
- Optimize performance and scalability.
- Oversee upgrades and Cloud 3 readiness.
- Enable seamless channel/data integration.
