Pega Architect/Lead Architect

We are looking for a talented and experienced Pega Architect/Lead Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Pega PRPC concepts, rule types, and enterprise-class structure design. The role requires excellent leadership skills to successfully manage end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC-based solutions and projects. Responsibilities: ? Design and implement Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure and solutions. ? Lead the architecture and design of Pega PRPC applications. ? Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Pega solutions. ? Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Pega-based projects, ensuring timely and successful execution. ? Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team. ? Review and improve existing Pega systems and solutions. ? Ensure the Pega solutions meet quality standards and are scalable, reusable, and efficient.

Required Skills: ? Strong knowledge and expertise in Pega PRPC concepts and rule types. ? Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure. ? Ability to manage and lead end-to-end Pega solution delivery. ? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Effective communication and collaboration skills. ? Experience with Agile methodologies.
