  • Expertise in Pega Platform Architecture: Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions using Pega 8.8.5 and Constellation UI, including model-driven architecture and low-code development
  • Business Rules Management & Process Automation: Ability to separate and manage business rules independently from application code, automate workflows end-to-end, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Integration & API Strategy: Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Boomi middleware, and microservices architecture for seamless integration with third-party systems and legacy platforms
  • AI/ML and GenAI Enablement: Familiarity with Pega GenAI features like Knowledge Buddy, GenAI Coach, and Process AI to enhance decision-making, user experience, and automation
