Description

  • PCB DFT w.r.t. ICT fixture design with maximum coverage 
  • Boundary scan development (x1149 analyzer) with maximum coverage 
  • Take care of Functional Test Coverage by Reviewing schematics and providing MFG test requirements to the Diagnostic team to verify all HW components. (maximum coverage) 
  • Work with the HW team for board bring up and document all failure modes for every Diagnostics test 
  • Work with ICT fixture vendors for RFQ, development and fabrication to deliver and validate before Pilot build 
  • Work with Flex TE for test setup and debug during NPI 
  • Work with MFG SW TE to deploy the MFG test cases in the script and test sequence/flow. 
  • TOI before Pilot build 
  • Aiming for best possible yields at Pre-Pilot run. 
  • Excellent communications skills working with CFT members, HW engineering, SW TE, Quality, Flex, Manufacturing, PM
