Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the EFI Pace system for optimal performance
Configure workflows, reports, and automation
Provide user support and training
Work on integrations and API management
Ensure security, compliance, and system upgrades
Qualifications
3+ years of experience administering EFI Pace
Strong understanding of print MIS workflows
Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, or similar
API integrations and data mapping knowledge
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
