What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Provide remote support of end users' desktops, servers, and networking infrastructures.
Helpdesk support of MS Office 365 applications and Azure
Interact with end users to troubleshoot general IT issues and security applications.
Assist senior engineers on new or existing projects and deployments.
Manage client networks, Backups, Firewalls, and Security
Project planning and development
Documentation of systems and projects
System monitoring of client networks and managed services.
Software deployments, patches, updates, and reporting
Able to work on different schedules throughout the day, including weekends.
Basic Qualifications:
An Excellent attitude, looking to GROW and work as a team player.
8-10 years of work experience with helpdesk and technical project background
Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Editions
Experience with user creation/management in Active Directory, Entra/AzureAD
General knowledge and experience with firewalls, routers, wireless networks, and security
Familiar with productivity applications and networking under Microsoft Windows and Mac OS
Experience with configuration, installation, and support of desktops
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Virtualization
Experience working with Office 365 Business tenants.
A working knowledge of networking concepts (Security+, Network+, CCNA, or similar is a +)
WatchGuard, Fortinet, SonicWALL, Firewall Experience a PLUS
Capable of adapting and learning new technologies quickly
The ability to communicate technical ideas in simple terms.
A clean-cut appearance for virtual meetings
ConnectWise Experience a PLUS
Certifications
One MS Office 365 or Azure Certification is required (AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-700, AZ-500, or MS-500)
