Oracle Xstore Functional Lead

8-10 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Xstore POS implementation and support.
Hands-on experience in retail POS solutions, store operations, and payments.
Strong expertise in Oracle Retail Suite, including integration with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (ORCE), Oracle SIM, and e-commerce platforms.
Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Ability to work with technical teams for integrations, configurations, and customisations.
Good understanding of SQL queries, troubleshooting logs, and APIS for issue resolution.
Experience in agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
